• Proven expertise in SQL Server performance tuning, indexing, and health monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of database security, access controls, encryption, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, highly available database solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manages and prioritizes multiple tasks and assignments for the team while tracking tasks and tickets and ensuring SLAs.
• Provides escalation point for team members, peers, and partner teams; shares leadership.
• Triage high priority incidents or engagements.
• Performs all responsibilities of team members for applicable teams.
• Works with other teams to ensure alerts, monitoring, dashboards, and processes are in place for new projects.
• Assists with resource interviews and onboarding processes.
• Performs access reviews and compliance activities; supports administrative processes.
• Creates on-call rotation schedules and supports off-hours, weekends, and release windows.
• Manages stability, resiliency, reliability, and performance of supported systems.
• Collaborates with application and DevOps teams for deployments and troubleshooting.
