Job summary

Inabia-Software- is seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to provide advanced database administration, development support, data migration, database security, performance optimization, and production database operations.

The successful candidate will support SQL Server and Azure environments across the development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, migration, QA, data cleanup, and ongoing maintenance. Remote work with a Harrisburg-area preference is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SQL Server Database Administration.
• 4+ years of Production Server Database Administration.
• 3+ years of Data Analytics experience.
• 1+ year of Azure Database Administration.
• 1+ year of Data Warehouse experience.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced SQL Server database administration and production operations.
• Support application lifecycle activities including planning, design, development, and data migration.
• Manage database security, monitoring, backup/recovery and performance optimization.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain SQL Server software and services.
• Deploy and maintain Azure SQL databases and integrate with other Azure services.
• Develop database schemas, modeling, and ETL-related activities.
• Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.
