Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with SQL Server and .NET
• Strong background in SQL Server development and API data access
• Experience leading engineering teams in delivery and modernization projects
• Familiar with Azure SQL on IaaS and ADF pipelines
• Knowledge of regulated/audited environments and PCI-like controls

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design discussions for microservices database restructuring.
• Provide hands-on SQL engineering: schema modernization, procedures, views, indexing.
• Assist .NET API development with data access patterns.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive technical leadership across teams.
• Collaborate with PM/Scrum Master to support project execution and decisions.
• Coordinate with SME and cross-functional teams for aligned delivery.
• Develop migration logic and data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
• Ensure modernization aligns with microservice boundaries and audit timelines.
• Participate in code reviews and documentation reviews.
