Responsibilities

• Performance monitoring and tuning: indexes, queries, blocking, deadlocks.
• Backup/recovery and HA/DR: Always On, log shipping, failover clusters, replication.
• Administer Azure SQL Database, Managed Instance and SQL Server on Azure VMs; on-prem to Azure migrations.
• Security and RBAC implementation.
• Developer support and code review; T-SQL and PowerShell automation; documentation.

Rate: $67.64/hr C2C or $62.84/hr W-2
