Responsibilities

Leads preparation and validation of detailed SPW cost estimates for complex or large projects.
Directs SPW teams in review of project documents, risk analysis and constructability assessments.
Develops and implements advanced SPW estimating tools and benchmarking processes.
Advises SPW leaders on cost strategies, risk, sequencing and logistics.
Negotiates with vendors and subcontractors for optimal pricing and terms.
Drives continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned across SPW operations.
Mentors team members on complex estimating processes.
