Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Senior SPW Estimator to lead the development and execution of complex Self-Perform Work cost estimates. You will drive operational excellence, coordinate with SPW crews, project leaders and executives to align estimating strategies with client objectives.

You will shape SPW estimating standards, mentor teams, and push continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree and 6–8 years in SPW estimating are required; salary range is $120k–$150k with full benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
6–8 years of SPW estimating, cost analysis, or project controls experience.
Certifications and licenses: none required.

Responsibilities

Leads the preparation and validation of SPW cost estimates for large projects with clear assumptions and recommendations.
Directs SPW teams in risk analysis, productivity assumptions, and execution strategies.
Develops and implements advanced SPW estimating tools and benchmarking processes.
Advises SPW leaders on cost strategies, risk mitigation, and sequencing.
Negotiates with vendors and subcontractors to secure pricing and terms.
Drives continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and best practices.
Mentors team members with expertise in complex SPW estimating processes.
