DPR Construction is seeking an experienced SPW Estimator to lead the development and validation of detailed Self-Perform Work cost estimates for complex projects in Massachusetts. You will drive cost efficiency, risk analysis, and collaboration among SPW crews, project leaders, and executives to align estimating strategies with client goals.

The role requires 6–8 years in SPW estimating, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong mentoring and negotiation skills to optimize scopes and drive

• Bachelor's degree required; 6–8 years SPW estimating or related field.
• Experience leading SPW estimating teams and mentoring others.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for vendor/subcontractor terms.

Responsabilités

• Lead preparation and validation of detailed SPW cost estimates for large projects.
• Direct SPW teams in reviews of project docs, risk analysis and constructability assessments.
• Develop and implement advanced SPW estimating tools and benchmarking processes.
• Advise on SPW cost strategies, risk mitigation and value engineering opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and subcontractors.
• Mentor team members and share expertise on complex estimating processes.
