Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Talent Relations Manager to lead talent operations for its NBA, WNBA, and NWSL properties.

You will manage day-to-day talent assignments, logistics, and contracts while shaping long‑term recruitment, retention, and development strategy. You will serve as the connector between on-air talent, production, and business stakeholders, ensuring broadcast talent is positioned for success across platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in talent relations or related field within sports media or entertainment.
• Experience managing on-air talent across multiple sports properties simultaneously.
• Proven track record in contract negotiations and talent deal structuring.
• Strong existing relationships within the sports broadcasting and media talent community.

Responsabilités

• Direct all talent functions related to major sports properties (NBA, WNBA, NWSL) and support production teams.
• Lead talent relations: contracts, scheduling, travel, and content development across platforms.
• Own complete talent lifecycle from scouting to renewal across seasons.
• Maintain relationships with on-air talent, agents, and league representatives as main contact.
• Lead renewal strategy and succession planning for broadcast talent.
• Collaborate with production, marketing, social media, and content teams to maximize visibility across platforms.
• Build pipelines of emerging talent through scouting and networking.
• Work with legal on contract structures and compliance.
• Coordinate with finance to manage payment terms and disbursements.
• Advise production leadership on talent pairings and development opportunities.
