Job summary

The Tampa YMCA is seeking a Sr. Sports Program Director to provide leadership for Sports Programs and general Y services at the center.

You will develop and implement a comprehensive program strategy to boost membership and participation while ensuring quality and consistency across programs. You will supervise staff, drive program improvements, and coordinate curriculum development, with emphasis on growth in enrollments and member experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in sports management, recreation management or related field.
• Two years of experience in sports, camp or youth programs with supervisory and payroll experience.
• Leadership experience in a YMCA or similar organization with large membership.

• Lead and oversee Sports Programs and general Y programs at the center.
