The role leads proposals with production, creative, engineering, and operations teams to deliver contracted work, while expanding direct relationships with rights holders and venues.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of sports production experience, including responsibility for budgets and client relationships.
• Producing or executive producing credits in live games and studio programming.
• Proven success personally winning and growing production accounts, with established sports industry relationships.
• Strong budgeting, pricing, negotiation, presentation, and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build direct relationships and secure new accounts with sports rights holders, leagues, conferences, teams, networks, and streaming platforms.
• Lead client meetings, pitches, proposals, and negotiations through signed agreements.
• Develop production concepts, scopes of work, and detailed budgets that meet client needs and profitability requirements.
• Confirm technical feasibility, resources, pricing, and required approvals before making client commitments.
• Own client relationships, coordinate production handoffs, and manage approved scope changes, renewals, and account growth.
• Maintain Hubspot CRM records and provide weekly pipeline, proposal, and revenue forecasts.
