Social Supply in Washington, DC is seeking a seasoned event production leader to shape and execute our most ambitious projects for top clients. You will own strategy, set timelines, allocate resources, and ensure profitability while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

You will mentor junior talent, implement scalable processes, and partner with senior leadership to deliver outstanding outcomes on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior-level event experience leading high-profile events.
• Strategic thinker who can anticipate challenges and build the infrastructure to support growth.
• People developer who mentors and motivates a team.
• Financially disciplined with proven ability to manage large budgets.
• High integrity; leads by example and inspires trust in clients and team alike.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex, high-profile projects from conception to completion with top standards of quality and profitability.
• Mentor and manage Event Producers and Coordinators to grow the team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine processes, improve efficiency, and enhance client experience.
• Own cross-departmental communication and accountability across projects — with the client, the designers, the Production Manager, and the Operations/Warehouse Manager.
• Be the ultimate point of accountability for timely, on-budget project delivery and client satisfaction.
