Job summary

Broadcast Management Group (BMG) seeks a Live Production Account Executive to own new business growth across entertainment, news, sports and enterprise video markets in the US and Canada.

You will manage relationships with leagues, rights holders, brands, tours, agencies, festivals and venues, guiding scoping conversations with solutions architects and production leadership to define costs and crew plans for compelling bids.

Qualifications

• 7+ years selling live production, broadcast, or live event services.
• Active network across live sports or live entertainment production.
• Proficiency with REMI/remote production, control room operations, live streaming.
• Able to translate production capability into business value.
• Daily AI experience for account research and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Own new business growth across live entertainment, news, sports and enterprise video markets.
• Lead scoping conversations with solutions architects and production leadership.
• Develop costs, crew plans, and proposals for multi-event packages.
• Grow revenue by moving deals to higher-value, multi-event arrangements.
• Represent BMG at industry events and maintain a strong deal pipeline.
