Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial analytics experience with leadership of enterprise-scale programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy for Sports Analytics and align with BetMGM's corporate goals.
• Define best practices for modelling, experimentation, and measurement across the data team.
• Mentor analysts and drive analytics across trading, product, operations, finance and compliance.
• Present findings to SLT and executives with clear commercial narratives.
