Job summary

PrizePicks, a fast-growing North American sports and DFS company, seeks a data-centric BI analyst to empower Game Operations with analyses, dashboards, and tools. You will distill complex datasets into actionable recommendations and collaborate with Product to close data gaps.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisioning, pricing insights, and clear visual storytelling. Remote-friendly with Atlanta preference and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in statistics, finance, math, or business analysis.
• Advanced SQL, data visualization (Tableau), and Excel formulas.
• Advanced experience in an analyst, gaming, consulting, finance, or data science role.
• Extensive knowledge or experience in sports, gaming, DFS, pricing, trading, or finance.

Responsibilities

• Distill datasets into recommendations with clear visualizations and talking points.
• Scope and complete ad-hoc data requests about game mechanics, product, or user performance.
• Build, document, and maintain dashboards and reusable analyses.
• Partner with Game Operations and Product to address data, performance, and process gaps.
• Enhance datasets to increase usability and support nuanced analysis and reporting.
• Provide subject matter expertise on data, pricing, users, and game operations.
