Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a Principal, Spend Management Performance Partner to drive strategic growth and revenue for the Spend Management business across Clinical, Non-Clinical, and P2P/Integrated SC services.

You will collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities, design engagement strategies, and guide complex deal development. The role requires deep spend management expertise and the ability to lead executive-level engagements, with travel as needed and a focus on measurable value

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, or related field; MBA/MHA/MPH preferred.
15+ years in healthcare business development, consulting, or tech-enabled services.
Proven success creating integrated solutions combining services, analytics, and technology.
Deep healthcare spend management expertise with non-labor expense reduction.
Experience communicating with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic growth and shape high-value spend management solutions.
Build trusted advisor relationships with Spend Executives and Enterprise Principals.
Forecast revenue, monitor pipeline, and drive deal closure.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Vizient teams.
