Qualifications

• Current licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s in speech therapy or management; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of speech-language pathology experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications when eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding patient relationships.
• Participate in in-service education and student program activities.
• Mentor and train colleagues across departments as needed.
• Supervise speech therapy assistants and technicians.
• Celebrate patient successes throughout the rehabilitation journey.
