Job summary

BryceTech LLC is seeking a Spectrum Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering spectrum management, frequency coordination, and RF engineering support to the Space Development Agency (SDA). The role includes preparing spectrum certification, coordination packages, and ITU/API documentation, while guiding interagency and regulatory approvals.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with DD Form 1494, EL‑CID, E2ESS, Stepstone, NTIA regulations, and spectrum coordination for

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility (TS/SCI).
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Significant experience in spectrum management, RF engineering, and spectrum authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of spectrum engineers supporting SDA spectrum management, certification, authorization, and coordination activities.
• Provide technical leadership on spectrum management and RF engineering issues for SDA space and ground systems.
• Oversee preparation, review, and coordination of DD Form 1494 spectrum support requests and related certification documentation.
• Ensure spectrum authorization activities are planned, tracked, and completed within program schedules.
• Develop frequency plans in accordance with NTIA Redbook and ITU regulations.
• Coordinate API packages for ITU coordination and protection of space/terrestrial systems.
• Mentor spectrum engineering personnel and manage risks to authorization timelines.
