You will oversee the end-to-end workflow from specimen drop-off to transfer to testing areas, drive quality, compliance, and productivity, and coordinate across Accessioning, Tech Ops, Referrals, and Maxi. You will monitor metrics, manage priorities, lead a team, and champion value projects while maintaining a safe, ergonomic, and professional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering discipline / Operations Management / or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
