You will supervise, train, and mentor team members, monitor daily workflow, and ensure proper staffing across shifts.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years in a clinical laboratory, and 3 years in people leadership and supervisory roles.

• 3+ years in people leadership.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Accessioning department.
• Assist with preparation of laboratory specimens for analysis and testing.
• Directly supervise, train, and mentor non-technical personnel.
• Monitor daily workflow and ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed and compliant with policies.
• Research and resolve production errors; escalate when needed.
