Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to serve healthcare professionals in the Tucson, Phoenix, and surrounding AZ area. You will deliver clinical knowledge of Amgen products, promote our therapies, and drive appropriate utilization while navigating payer and access considerations.

The role requires building relationships, leading marketing initiatives, and meeting or exceeding territory sales targets through both in-person and virtual programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 4 years of sales experience if associate's degree.
• 6 years of sales experience if high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Promote products as a primary customer contact and implement marketing strategy.
• Achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Develop relationships to service accounts and address access and reimbursement needs.
• Collaborate with District Manager to develop territory plans and share best practices.
