Job summary

Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader to drive store sales and lead a multi-department team. You will create a guest-obsessed culture, manage staffing schedules, and oversee merchandising, pricing, and promotions across A&A, Beauty, and Electronics.

You will develop hourly team members and leaders while maintaining high guest service standards. The role requires a 4 year degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and solid business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and contribute to sales goals.
• Create a guest-obsessed culture and lead the team to prioritize guest experience.
• Create schedules and align staffing to guest traffic and business needs.
• Plan merchandising, pricing workload, transitions, and promotions.
• Lead and develop a team of hourly associates and leaders in A&A, Beauty, Electronics.
