Amgen is seeking a Senior Specialty Representative to act as the primary liaison to medical professionals, delivering clinical knowledge of Amgen medicines and promoting products within a defined territory. You will implement marketing strategies, manage relationships, and drive territory growth while supporting patient access and education.

The role emphasizes building partnerships, executing programs, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of sales or clinical healthcare experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Associate degree with 6 years of sales or clinical healthcare experience, or equivalent.
• High school diploma with 8 years of sales or clinical healthcare experience, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact and implement marketing strategy for Amgen products.
• Provide current clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships to ensure product access and address reimbursement issues.
• Develop territory plans with the District Manager and analyze sales activities.
• Deliver branded messages, coordinate educational programs, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and continuously learn.

Education
