Amgen is looking for a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promote products, and navigate payer landscapes within the Phoenix, Glendale, Scottsdale, Peoria, Surprise, and Goodyear, AZ area. The role emphasizes clinical product knowledge, territory growth, and cross-functional collaboration to serve patients.

Ranked pay bands include base salaries in the US with ranges supporting strong performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; multiple pathways listed in qualifications.
• Minimum sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/pharma is acceptable for Senior level.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in field sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals.
• Promote Amgen products and support sales targets in assigned territory.
• Develop relationships with accounts to ensure product access and appropriate utilization.
• Communicate marketing feedback and help develop territory plans with management.
• Engage in both in-person and virtual programs to drive sales and education.
• Maintain knowledge of payer environments and reimbursement processes.
