Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promote Amgen products, and navigate payer environments. The role focuses on delivering clinical insights and driving branded sales while building strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have a life sciences or business background, several years of sales or clinical healthcare experience, and a track record of exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of sales experience or clinical experience in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of payer environments and product access.
• Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and payers.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals.
• Lead sales programs and promote products to achieve territory targets.
• Develop relationships to manage accounts and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Communicate marketing strategies and provide feedback to management.
• Build territory plans with the District Manager.
