Job summary

Randstad Sourceright is seeking a bilingual recruiter with deep experience in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment for the DACH region and global markets. You will hunt, engage, screen, and coordinate with international hiring managers to fill critical roles in high-tech industries.

You will work within a collaborative team, manage interview logistics, and ensure compliance and smooth onboarding across borders, leveraging tools like SAP Fieldglass where applicable.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of commercial recruitment experience.
• Full professional fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in sourcing or recruiting across the DACH region or global markets.

Responsibilities

• 60% Advanced Sourcing: hunt for passive talent across the DACH region and global markets using Boolean logic, X-ray searching, GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, and local networks.
• Culturally aware bilingual outreach in German and English to achieve market-leading response rates.
• Screening and qualifying: conduct exploratory calls to assess motivations, technical aptitude, and cultural fit.
