Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition to partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on end-to-end recruiting, including strategy, candidate identification, assessment, offers, and negotiations.

You will ensure a high-touch candidate experience, maintain accurate ATS data, and uphold ethical standards while working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in Full Cycle recruiting with active sourcing or Graduate Degree or equivalent with 4 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extension and more.
• Provide efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System with adherence to compliance and talent acquisition processes.
• Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity and respect.
• Maintain composure under pressure and deadlines.
• Operate with a high sense of urgency (action-oriented).

Salary

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $88,000-$164,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $76,500-$141,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
