Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition for a remote opportunity. You will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on recruitment strategy, candidate sourcing and selection, compensation recommendations, and offers.

You will ensure a high-quality candidate experience across all stages, maintain ATS data integrity, and uphold ethical standards while working under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience with active sourcing or graduate degree with 4 years’ related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs on recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, and offer extension.
• Provide high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience through all stages of recruiting lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS with adherence to compliance and talent acquisition processes.
• Demonstrate uncompromising ethics, integrity, and respect; stay composed under pressure and deadlines; act with urgency.

Job Description

Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extension and more

Provide efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle

Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System with adherence to compliance and talent acquisition processes

Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity and respect

Maintain composure under pressure and deadlines

Operate with a high sense of urgency (action-oriented)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in Full Cycle recruiting with active sourcing or Graduate Degree or equivalent with 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience is required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Previous experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting
• Progressive knowledge and expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment/interviewing, selection of talent, and closing strategies (negotiations, etc.)

Salary

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $88,000-$164,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $76,500-$141,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
