The role oversees semi-monthly and monthly payrolls, HRIS administration, and ensuring compliance, with collaboration across finance and HRIS integrations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of semi-monthly and monthly payrolls for 375+ employees across the U.S., Canada, U.K., and Europe.
• Manage Paychex, Payworks, and Remote.com/EOR platforms, ensuring accurate multi-jurisdictional tax, variable pay, and equity/severance calculations.
• Lead annual Open Enrollment for U.S. and Canadian entities, including plan design, broker management, and employee communications.
• Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k)/RRSP match, FSA, HSA, and commuter plans, partnering with Finance on monthly reconciliation.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local labor and tax laws, including ACA reporting, ERISA, 5500 filings, and Canadian ROEs.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external payroll, benefits, financial, and workers' compensation audits.
• Act as functional admin for HRIS and payroll tools, optimizing workflows and integrations with ATS and financial platforms.
• Ensure high data integrity and build analytics on labor cost, headcount, leave, and total rewards for executive leadership.
