Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field; required or preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or consulting environments.
• Hands-on application of Lean tools and techniques (e.g., standardized work, value stream mapping, 5S).
• Experience applying consultative skills and leading cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Design, analyze, and improve process and facility designs on assigned projects.
• Lead FEL 0–3 design and Start-up Readiness activities within GES teams.
• Coach teams to transfer Lean skills and apply MPS methodologies.
• Lead workshops for information gathering and solution development.
