Qualifications

• Bachelor's or engineering-related degree required; 5+ years in manufacturing/engineering/consulting.
• Hands-on Lean tool knowledge: standardized work, value stream mapping, 5S, problem solving.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams; strong business acumen and project management.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and improve process and facility designs on projects to deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Lead FEL 0–3 design activities and Start-up Readiness with MPS principles.
• Coach teams on Lean methods and facilitate workshops to transfer knowledge.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure operability and high standards in OA, changeover, and layout.
• Manage resources and risks to deliver on-time project completion.
• Mentor teams on effective communication and listening to client needs.
