Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking an Advisor Services Specialist focused on Alternative Investments to join our on-site team in Orlando.

You will support internal and external clients via phone and email, partner with sales, service, and RIAs to address needs, and navigate regulation and policy while delivering accurate information.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, with 5+ years in operations or client service and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Problem resolution with cross-department collaboration.
• Ability to identify business risks and articulate them to partners.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong time and resource management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of 40-45 reps assisting clients with complex investments via phone and email.
• Partner with Advisor Services Sales, Service, Advisor Family Office, Operations and RIAs to understand high-net-worth needs.
• Educate clients and partners on regulation, exemptions, filings and Schwab's processes and policies.
• Provide phone and email-based support to improve client experience and retention.
