Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class service via inbound/outbound calls for account opening and maintenance.
• Research complex requests, gather information, and educate clients with solutions.
• Deliver prompt responses while coordinating with internal departments.
• Identify when escalation is warranted and take timely action in high-risk scenarios.
• Proactively educate clients on Schwab products and services.
• Take ownership of client issues and ensure timely resolution.
