Job summary

Limbach Facility Services LLC is seeking a Special Projects Manager to lead and operate the Special Projects program in line with annual objectives. You will coordinate with clients, engineers, and operations to deliver design-build and value engineering opportunities, manage bid processes, and ensure profitable project execution.

The role requires 5–10 years of industry experience, strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD tools, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead project teams and coordinate across disciplines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in design-build or value engineering processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages Special Projects in line with annual goals.
• Promotes new work with customers and participates in cost estimates.
• Writes bid scope proposals and handles bid documentation.
• Reviews bid documents and performs take-offs for trades.
• Leads scope reviews, value engineering, and pricing breakout.
• Trains and develops direct reports to meet project standards.
