Job summary

Limbach Facility Services LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to ensure performance, productivity, and profitability of design-build MEP projects over $500k, coordinating with the Branch Sales Leader to secure top accounts. On-site leadership includes subcontractors and owner communications for a seamless client experience.

Ideal candidates have a construction-related bachelor’s degree, 10+ years HVAC industry experience, and 5+ years PM experience, with strong collaboration and analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (in a construction-related field) or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience within the mechanical HVAC industry.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in effective collaboration and communication (both written and verbal).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a driving record compliant with the Company’s policies and MVR requirements, and consent to ongoing driving record monitoring by the Company.

• Effectively manages resources across short and long term both in field and office.
• Contributes to local strategy and executes company objectives.
• Ensures projects run on track and mitigates delays; engages on-site as needed.
• Drives on-site teams to complete contracts without variances.
