Responsibilities

• Oversee specialized routing and assist with routing adjustments.
• Maintain student data and communicate updates to drivers.
• Coordinate with dispatch, training, payroll, and fleet leadership to ensure operations.
• Interview and hire potential special needs drivers with a panel.
• Conduct regular ride-alongs and annual performance reviews.
• Fill midday routes and handle parent/district concerns.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and attends case conferences.
• Organize in-service training for drivers and monitors.
