Job summary

Perry Township School District seeks a dedicated Bus Driver Sub to transport students and staff safely to school, field trips, and activities. You will follow routes, maintain discipline, and ensure timely arrivals under the Director of Transportation's guidance.

Required: Indiana CDL-B with P&S endorsements, clean driving record, and ability to read and write. This position may be less than 20 hours weekly and pays $25.23 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana CDL-B license with a P and S endorsement.
• Ability to read and write.
• Previous bus driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obey all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Maintain student discipline and follow policies.
• Inspect bus before operation and report issues.
• Transport students to/from school and field trips.
• Picks up and discharges students at authorized stops.
• Report accidents and complete required reports.
