Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos is seeking a Special Events Shift Manager to supervise and coordinate all promotions and events. You will manage the events calendar, budgets, and cross-department execution to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of marketing, events and/or casino promotion experience.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining the events calendar to meet revenue objectives.
• Plan, budget and oversee assigned projects.
• Delegate tasks to Special Events Coordinators and manage promotions/events with quality support.
• Develop event/promotion materials and checklists, and coordinate with property communications.
• Coordinate with departments (EVS, Engineering, IT, F&B, Slot, Tables) for event execution.
• Manage decor, inventory and vendor contracts; ensure timely invoices and reporting.
