Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in event management, hospitality, nonprofit leadership, or related field.
• 3–5 years of nonprofit fundraising event planning experience.
• Proficient in Google Suite; familiarity with Canva, OneCause, Raiser's Edge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage annual Auction: budget, venue, catering, entertainment, production, and donor coordination.
• Plan and manage Annual Trivia Night: budget, venue, catering, entertainment, production, and event execution.
• Manage Legacy Society Dinner and Alumni Awards: budget, invitations, catering, entertainment, production.
• Coordinate Hall of Fame and Athletic Hall of Champions events; manage related budgets and vendors.
• Coordinate Alumni reunions and other events; recruit and manage volunteers.
• Create and update volunteer job descriptions; report to Philanthropy Office committees.
