Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3-5 years of nonprofit fundraising event planning and execution experience; computer skills including Google Suite.

• Coordinate and manage budgets for Annual Auction and Trivia Night, including venue, catering, entertainment and production needs.
• Secure donors and manage event logistics to ensure successful implementations.
• Plan and coordinate major events (Legacy Society Dinner, Alumni Awards, Hall of Fame) with invitations, catering and production.
• Recruit, coordinate and manage volunteers; attend Philanthropy and event committee meetings.
• Create and update volunteer job descriptions; coordinate Grandparents Day and Open Houses as needed.
