Job summary

PHILLIPS Programs for Children and Families in Virginia seeks a Program Supervisor to lead educational programming, oversee IEP development, progress reporting, and curriculum alignment. The role requires a Master’s in special education, a Virginia teaching certificate or eligibility for the Advanced Professional Certificate, and prior administrative experience

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in special education or related field required.
• Virginia professional certificate or eligibility for Advanced Professional Certificate in Special Education required.
• Administrative or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with curriculum and instruction to organize curriculum and materials.
• Provide leadership regarding curriculum focus and program supervision.
• Review and supervise completion of IEPs, progress reports and report cards.
• Lead IEP, Annual Review and Re-evaluation meetings.
• Manage staff hiring, performance evaluation and training needs.
