Job summary

Qualifications

• Assist with implementing IEP goals and classroom plans.
• Provide reading and math support to students with disabilities.
• Support behavior management and inclusive classroom strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist and guide students to reinforce reading, language arts, mathematics, and other skills.
• Work with students individually and in small groups to reinforce learning and programs.
• Prepare instructional materials and adapt strategies for individual needs.
• Support students with daily living activities and participate in IEP processes.
• Assist with field trips and supervision as needed.
• Record student progress and support teachers with assessments.
