Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager - Spares Sourcing to ensure uninterrupted availability of spare parts and bought-out components through proactive procurement planning, supplier coordination, and inventory management. This role focuses on schedule adherence, inventory norms, and responsive procurement to meet customer needs.

The position requires experience in procurement, supplier management, and automotive supply chains, with proficiency in SAP-MM, Power BI, and MS

Qualifications

6-10 years of relevant experience in Spares Sourcing, Procurement, or Materials Management.
Proven track record in OEM/OES supply chains in a buyer or sourcing role.
Experience in automotive or auto-component industries preferred.
Exposure to supplier management, procurement operations, inventory control, and customer service-oriented supply chains.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely procurement and availability of spare parts and bought-out components per plans.
Drive 100% schedule adherence through proactive supplier coordination.
Maintain inventory levels within defined norms and minimize stock-outs.
Collaborate with Customer Care to address requirements and part alternatives.
Monitor procurement performance and drive process improvements.
