Mahindra & Mahindra Limited is seeking a results-driven procurement professional in the automotive sector to optimize supply chain performance, planning, and supplier coordination. You will drive cost management, ensure 98% fill rates, and collaborate with Planning, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, and Supplier partners to sustain uninterrupted material flow.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience in procurement or materials management, with a background in SAP MM and SRM systems.

Competenze

• Experience in Procurement, Materials Management, or Supply Chain is must.
• Experience in automotive, auto ancillary, engineering, or continuous manufacturing industries preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of general experience in relevant fields.
• Education includes Engineering or Technology degrees.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Ensure 100% schedule adherence through effective procurement planning and supplier coordination.
• Manage procurement and material planning activities to ensure uninterrupted supply of spare parts.
• Regularly visit suppliers to identify and resolve capacity, quality, and supply-chain bottlenecks.
• Drive initiatives for freight cost optimization and logistics efficiency improvement.
• Implement and sustain effective packaging solutions to improve handling, storage, and transportation efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with applicable taxation, GST, and regulatory requirements related to procurement operations.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in delivery, quality, cost, and responsiveness.
• Achieve and maintain:
  • 98% Vehicle-Off-Road (VOR) Fill Rate
  • 95% Commercial First Fill Rate (FFR)
• Collaborate closely with Planning, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, and Supplier partners to ensure smooth material flow and business continuity.
• Support inventory optimization initiatives while maintaining desired service levels.
