Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/MBA with 8–12 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Sourcing and Inventory Management.
• Strong exposure to Stores Operations, Material Receipts, Buying Processes, Logistics and Warehouse Management.
• Sound techno-commercial knowledge with the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Work with SSU/CDMM teams to ensure supplier capacity development and supply continuity.
• Lead sourcing and procurement activities for components and long lead-time parts.
• Monitor supplier performance on OTIF, lead time, inventory and SCM improvements.
• Implement inventory management to balance stock levels, service and working capital.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Procurement, Logistics and Warehouse teams for demand planning.
• Identify and drive Lean Supply Chain and process improvements.
• Drive data-based decision making through analytics, forecasting and performance tracking.
