Job summary

ASM is seeking a Supply Chain Planner – Customer Engagement & Engineering in Phoenix to serve as the liaison between customers, engineering, operations, and supply chain. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years experience in supply chain planning, customer service, operations, or engineering support.
• Experience in customer-facing or cross-functional planning roles.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and supply chain processes.
• ERP proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics; advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand, supply, and inventory plans to support customer requirements and SLA fulfillment.
• Analyze performance metrics, monitor inventory levels, and optimize stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
• Act as primary contact for assigned customers, manage escalations, and conduct regular reviews to understand demand trends.
• Support strategic customer programs and long-term planning activities.
• Partner with engineering on product lifecycle, NPI, and ECO implementation; assess supply chain impacts of design changes.
