Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain planning, customer service, operations, or engineering support.
• Experience in customer-facing or cross-functional planning roles.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics; advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand, supply, and inventory plans to meet customer requirements and SLAs.
• Analyze performance metrics, monitor inventory, and optimize stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and manage escalations to drive satisfaction.
• Conduct regular customer reviews to understand demand trends and communicate status and constraints.
• Support strategic customer programs and long-term planning activities.
• Partner with engineering on product lifecycle management and NPI/ECO processes.
• Evaluate supply chain impacts of design changes and propose mitigations.
• Develop forecasting and demand analysis reports; track KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
