Job summary

KLA is seeking a senior spares demand planning lead in the USA (Phoenix) to drive end‑to‑end demand planning for critical product lines. You will collaborate across Supply Planning, PSO, Services Operations, and Finance to ensure optimal spare parts inventory and service levels for global customers.

You will mentor a team of planners, apply product lifecycle knowledge, and translate business priorities into actionable demand plans while monitoring key metrics and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years in demand planning or supply chain planning.
• 2+ years in supervising teams or leading workstreams.
• Experience translating demand into inventory and service level improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of spares demand planners with coaching and career development.
• Own end-to-end spares demand planning for assigned product lines.
• Align installed base trends with business priorities and forecast data.
• Translate business objectives into actionable demand plans for inventory and repair strategies.
• Monitor KPIs like fill rate, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, PSO, Services Operations, Finance, and regional partners.
• Escalate complex demand issues and drive remediation actions.
• Drive process improvements in planning methodologies and data quality.
