Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Logistician (Starship) to coordinate transport of flight hardware and support equipment for launches. You will interface with manufacturing, engineering, mission management, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and readiness.

You will develop and maintain reports and metrics, contribute to long-term objectives, and ensure compliance with DOT/CFR regulations while leading logistics initiatives across SpaceX locations and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of logistics scheduling experience in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and CFR (code of federal regulations).
• Experience with HazMat shipping and ordnance handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport of flight hardware and support equipment to ensure safe launches.
• Provide input on compliance with DOT/CFR regulations to logistics and manufacturing teams.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, mission management and vendors for timely delivery.
• Oversee transport readiness of equipment and guide transport technicians as needed.
• Utilize master production schedules to align resources and availability of teams and hardware.
• Develop packaging plans for flight vehicles, modules and equipment; maintain documentation.
