Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Logistician to manage flight hardware packaging, GSE inventory, and transport coordination to support Starship launches. You will work with manufacturing, engineering, mission management, and external vendors to ensure on-time readiness and safe deliveries.

Responsibilities include preparing schedules, maintaining packaging standards, and generating reports to drive continuous improvements while traveling to SpaceX sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of professional logistics/scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport of flight hardware and ground support equipment to ensure safe, timely launches.
• Provide input on DOT/CFR regulations to logistics and manufacturing for transport hardware improvements.
• Interface with manufacturing, engineering, mission management, and external vendors to ensure deliveries.
• Oversee transport readiness of equipment and provide direction to transport technicians as needed.
• Use master production schedules to align resources and assets for readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to maintain efficient packaging of flight vehicles and equipment.
• Create/maintain reports, presentations, and metrics to support organizational decisions.
• Develop annual and long-term objectives for logistics activities and participate in company-wide planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements during all transport activities.
