Job summary

Amentum Space Exploration Division is seeking design engineers to support lunar lander spacecraft and related hardware for Artemis programs. Responsibilities include mechanical, structural, and electrical design tasks, with emphasis on creating fabrication drawings and coordinating with NASA and industry partners.

Candidates should have Creo proficiency, Windchill experience, and a background in flight hardware design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Creo/Pro-Engineer 3-D modeling and 2-D drafting.
• Proficiency with Windchill and related design tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in design for flight hardware or similarly regulated products.

Responsibilities

• Develop designs and detailed fabrication/assembly drawings.
• Collaborate with vendors and NASA personnel.
• Prepare and deliver reports/presentations to MSFC and Amentum management.
